A considered match.
A simple first test.

A specific brief and a careful recommendation come before a campaign. Here is how we work from first conversation to report.

01

Define the brief

We discuss the product, objective, target markets, audience, timing and budget. Together we identify a specific gap a creator partnership could address.

02

Source and vet

We review relevant road and trail creators, their content and recent audience data. We assess fit before making a recommendation.

03

Present one strong match

We explain why the creator fits the brief, what the audience data shows and how the proposed integration could work. We do not imply representation or exclusivity we do not hold.

04

Agree the details

We negotiate the rate and confirm deliverables, dates, usage rights, exclusivity, approvals, disclosures, measurement and payment terms in the contract.

05

Coordinate the test

We handle the brief and agreed approval process. The creator keeps their own voice, with supported claims and clear advertising disclosure.

06

Report and review

We collect the agreed campaign data and report against the objective. We discuss what the test indicates, its limitations and whether another partnership makes sense.

Beyond the follower count.

These are process checks, not claims of creator performance. We request recent audience information and review it against the actual brief.

  • Genuine engagement and useful conversations
  • Consistent views, not one isolated viral post
  • Regular posting, at least monthly
  • Audience concentrated in the brief’s key markets
  • Buying intent and natural product fit
  • Room for a partnership without ad saturation
  • Past repeat sponsors, where available
  • Media kit and recent audience data
